Under normal working conditions, the safety factor considered for the double-acting actuator is 20% to 30%.

Example:
Torque required by the valve = 100 N m
Safety torque = 100 × (1 + 30%) = 130 N m
Air pressure = 5 Bar

According to the double acting actuator torque table, the minimum suitable model would be BT-105D .
