The working principle of the fully automatic CIP cleaning system is to recycle cleaning in a closed loop. The tanning tank, pipes, pumps, all valves, and the entire processing line are cleaned online, without the need to disconnect pipes or equipment. This CIP system adopts PLC program control, with a colorful touch screen for operation and display of the entire process flow and each control parameter. The cleaning liquid temperature, acid and alkaline pH value, cleaning time, cleaning sequence, and reflux acid and alkaline pH value can be set. It also includes a system malfunction alarm.
