ESSI aseptic tanks are designed and manufactured for the aseptic storage of liquid foods prior to aseptic packaging.
They can also be used as deposits storage intermediates when the aseptic filling line is stopped, even if only temporarily, for various reasons (technical problems, change in size of presentations).
Its design allows for steam sterilization at a minimum temperature of 125°C for a given period of time, so that the temperature can subsequently be lowered using a water cooling jacket.
