YAS aseptic pneumatic shut-off valve
The YAS valve is a sterile pneumatic shut-off valve. Its flexible design allows for a wide range of applications, such as serving as a shut-off valve with two or three pipe connections.

Standard design
It consists of an actuator, a lip seal, a valve core, and a valve body. The shaft seal uses a PTFE (Teflon) diaphragm structure, effectively ensuring sterility requirements. This valve's standard connection is welded.

Technical parameters

• Maximum product pressure (depending on valve type): 1000 kPa (10 bar).

• Minimum product pressure: full vacuum.

• Temperature range: -10°C to +95°C (using EPDM material gaskets).

• Compressed air pressure: 500 to 700 kPa (5 to 7 bar).
