Standard Design
The YAG valve consists of an actuator, a diaphragm seal, a valve core, and a valve body. All parts are connected by clamps and nuts, facilitating on-site assembly. The valve itself is not fully welded, but rather composed of assembled parts. The standard valve body connection is by welding.
Application
The YAG valve is a type of pneumatic sanitary shut-off/change-over valve. Its flexible design allows it to adapt to a wide variety of applications. For example, it can be used as a shut-off valve in pipelines with one or two inlets, or as a distribution valve in systems with three to five inlets. It is commonly used in the brewing, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biological engineering, and other industries requiring sanitary conditions.
